01 / Who controls the data

02 / What we collect
The contact form collects name, email, optional phone number, enquiry category and message. Stripe Checkout processes test-order contact and payment simulation data under Stripe’s own privacy terms. This site does not receive or store full card details.
03 / Why we use it
Contact details are used only to reply to an enquiry or support a test order. The proposed legal basis is taking steps at the user’s request before a contract and legitimate interest in providing support; confirm the correct basis with counsel for the final business.
04 / Where it goes
Form submissions and test-order summaries are routed through Netlify Functions to a private Google Sheet. Operational alerts may be sent to a restricted Telegram chat. Test checkout is processed by Stripe. Configure access controls and retention before launch.
05 / Retention and rights
Set and publish a real retention period. Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object to certain processing. They may also complain to their local supervisory authority.
06 / Cookies
The current build uses local storage for the shopping bag and reaction-game personal best. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics. Add a consent mechanism before introducing non-essential tracking.
